# Kurcala

An independent software studio. Two curious minds, small experiments, and things worth making.

A small studio for ideas worth taking apart. We make software, follow a few rabbit holes, and leave the notebook open for everyone.

## All writing

- [A small button. A little character.](https://kurcala.net/en/writing/playful-button) (Sample content): Build a button that answers back with HTML and CSS. A small, practical experiment in making an interface feel alive.

- [Leave a little out. Say a little more.](https://kurcala.net/en/writing/less-but-better) (Sample content): An interface doesn’t need a new idea in every corner to have a personality. Sometimes the best design decision is to remove something.

- [Taking a pixel toy apart.](https://kurcala.net/en/writing/pixel-machine-review) (Sample content): A closer look at our own small experiment. Is it easy to learn, fun to make with, and where could it be better?

## Founder opportunities

Grants, competitions, investment, and founder support. We check official sources and collect the details that matter.

## Small ideas. Open possibilities.

A peek at the kind of things we’re curious about. These are concept studies, not shipped products.

- Little orbit: A little less noise. A little more space for you. A visual study for a quieter daily ritual: one small intention, a moment to focus, and room to breathe. The interface explores warm colors, tactile controls, and a deliberately simple rhythm. This is an illustrative mobile concept, not a released app. SwiftUI and iOS are proposed technologies. (Demo concept)

- Tiny utilities: Small tools for the things that get in your way. A design study for a compact developer workbench. The idea: useful little tools with no setup, no accounts, and no unnecessary ceremony. This preview illustrates a JSON formatting interface; it is not a functioning formatter or a shipped product. TypeScript and React are proposed technologies. (Demo concept)

## This very corner of the internet.

We’re starting with our own home. A place for our products, the process behind them, and the people making them.

## Two minds. One shared itch.

To find out how things work. And then make them work a little differently. We’re two independent developers building a studio around that feeling.

Name, story & links coming soon.

## kurcala

To tinker. To poke around. To take something apart just to see what happens. Pretty much our whole approach.

## Your curiosity looks good on you.

Our first little experiment is already here. Make a pixel creature, scramble it, and take a piece of the workshop with you.
